The Hotel Collection is one of two hotel portfolios that allows eligible Citi cardmembers to book stays at a curated list of properties with Citi Travel®. Launched in 2023, the Hotel Collection has consistently added amazing hotels and resorts to this list.
Eligible Citi credit cardholders can reserve Hotel Collection properties with Citi Travel.
The Hotel Collection includes only 4-star hotels and resorts. Booking Hotel Collection properties directly with Citi Travel offers perks when you select the Hotel Collection rate when booking, such as daily breakfast for two and complimentary Wi-Fi. You may also be able to access early check-in and late checkout privileges, depending on individual room availability.
You can earn ThankYou® Points on bookings made with Citi Travel. Check your card’s benefits for details. Reserving Hotel Collection properties with Citi Travel can also be a convenient way to redeem your ThankYou Points.
To begin your booking, log into your Citi Mobile® App or go directly to Citi Travel and log in with your Citi Online User ID and password.
Once there, you can narrow your search by selecting your destination, travel dates, number of guests and number of rooms. On the results page, you will have the option to include additional filters (such as neighborhood, guest rating or room offers), and you will see the properties tagged as part of the Hotel Collection.
To ensure you’re receiving all the benefits of the Hotel Collection, select the room rate corresponding to the Hotel Collection. Once you’ve made your selections, you can pay via card, or use ThankYou Points to pay for all or part of your purchase.

Daily Breakfast for Two
Daily Breakfast for Two is included and may be provided directly by the hotel or in the form of a gift card or credit.
Complimentary Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, with the exception of select hotels, where Wi-Fi is included as part of a mandatory daily resort fee or is not available. If Wi-Fi and breakfast are included as a standard amenity of the hotel, no additional compensation or amenity will be provided to you.
