The Reserve is available to Citi Strata Elite℠, Citi Strata Premier® and Citi Prestige® cardmembers through the Citi Travel site. The Hotel Collection is available to all remaining eligible Citi® cardmembers through the Citi Travel site.

The Reserve booking
To reserve your room, begin by signing on to Citi Travel or on the Citi Mobile® App with either your Citi Strata Elite℠, Citi Strata Premier® and Citi Prestige® cards. Once there, enter your destination, travel dates, number of guests and number of rooms. On the results page, each property will have a tag indicating which tier of the program it corresponds to — look for the ones that say The Reserve.

You must select the room rate corresponding to The Reserve to receive the benefits. Once you’re ready to pay, you have the convenient option to pay for all or part of the stay with any combination of your ThankYou® Points.

Hotel Collection
To begin your booking, sign on to your Citi Mobile® App or go directly to Citi Travel and sign on with your citi.com User ID and password.

Once there, you can narrow your search by selecting your destination, travel dates, number of guests and number of rooms. On the results page, you will have the option to include additional filters (such as neighborhood, guest rating or room offers), and you will see the properties tagged as a part of the Hotel Collection.

To ensure you’re receiving all the benefits of the Hotel Collection, select the room rate corresponding to the Hotel Collection. Once you’ve made your selections, you can pay via card, or use your ThankYou® Points to pay for all or part of your purchase.

When you book a hotel with The Reserve rate at checkout, you’ll receive daily breakfast for 2, complimentary Wi-Fi, a complimentary $100 Experience Credit (which can be used on many on-property purchases ranging from food to spa treatments), early check-in and late checkout privileges upon availability, and the possibility of a complimentary room upgrade based on availability. The Experience Credit varies by property.

The Hotel Collection includes only 4-star hotels and resorts. Booking Hotel Collection properties directly with Citi Travel offers perks. When you select the Hotel Collection rate at the time of booking, you may be eligible for added benefits, such as daily breakfast for 2 and complimentary Wi-Fi. You may also be able to access early check-in and late checkout privileges, depending on individual room availability.

Supplemental Terms & Conditions:
$100.00 Experience Credit (The Reserve rates only)
The complimentary $100.00 Experience Credit is determined by each hotel and shall be valued at $100.00 (USD). Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about what services are included with the $100.00 Experience Credit. The $100.00 Experience Credit may be in the form of a credit or gift card, provided directly by the hotel. Advanced reservations are recommended for certain $100.00 Experience Credits and you should contact the hotel directly for more information and in order to obtain reservations, if required. If you are unable to utilize the $100.00 Experience Credit or do not use it in its entirety, no refunds will be provided, and the remaining balance will be forfeited. Back-to-back stays within 24 hours at the same hotel are considered one stay. Benefits shall be awarded once per stay. If the $100.00 Experience Credit and other benefits are not consumed during the eligible stay, no refunds or compensation shall be provided to you.

Room Upgrades are based on availability and only certain hotel room categories may be available for an upgrade.

Daily Breakfast for Two is included and may be provided directly by the hotel or in the form of a gift card or credit.

Complimentary Wi-Fi (Hotel Collection and The Reserve rates)
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, with the exception of select hotels, where Wi-Fi is included as part of a mandatory daily resort fee or is not available. If Wi-Fi and breakfast are included as a standard amenity of the hotel, no additional compensation or amenity will be provided to you.

Early Check-In eligibility is determined at time of check-in and subject to availability.
Late Check-Out eligibility is determined at time of check-in and subject to availability.

Both The Reserve Benefits and Hotel Collection Benefits are subject to change, availability may vary by hotel and benefits cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with any other offers. Benefits must be used during the stay booked and may not be used at a later date. Benefits are available only when you book with Citi Travel® using your eligible Citi card. All bookings in the Hotel Collection and The Reserve are also subject to Rocket Travel by Agoda’s Terms and Conditions of Use for Hotels, Cars, and Attractions, above.
