⁸    HomeRun® is available in markets with Citibank branches for loans on the primary residence of borrowers who qualify, and is also subject to income, property, product and other restrictions. To be eligible for up to 97% financing, the property must be a single-family home (including condos, co-ops and planned unit development) with a loan amount up to $832,750. Certain condo and co-op projects may be subject to lower LTVs. Single-family homes in certain high-cost markets with loan amounts between $832,751 and $1,249,125 are eligible for up to 95% financing.
