Citi Ventures elevates internal talent with key 2025 promotions

Citi Ventures is proud to announce the promotions of two of its key leaders, Vibhor Rastogi and Nick Sands. This move underscores Citi Ventures' commitment to identifying and nurturing top talent from within its ranks.

Vibhor Rastogi was promoted to Managing Director. In his new role, Vibhor will take on greater responsibilities for steering Citi Ventures’ global investment strategy and aligning with Citi’s strategic priorities. He will continue to focus on his areas of expertise, including Generative and Agentic AI, Data infrastructure, SaaS, Fintech and Enterprise infrastructure.

Joining him in this new chapter is Nick Sands, who was promoted to Director. Nick's success in sourcing cybersecurity, data and analytics and enterprise IT deals reflects his talent and dedication. Nick will assume expanded responsibilities in sourcing, evaluating and managing investments.
