As Data Science Lead for Citi Ventures Studio, Wei conducts original, data-driven research that the team can leverage to build products with real-world impact.
Previously, Wei was a Consultant for the World Bank and United Nations on predictive modeling and policy analysis. She was selected as Max Planck Fellow for expertise on behavioral analysis and demographic modeling, and has been a conference speaker at Women in Data Science, Cambridge University, and MIT’s Sustainable Urbanization Lab.
Wei received her PhD from Fordham University in Economics and is completing a post-graduate Computer Science program at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a resident of NYC and loves to explore the art scene as well as new cuisines. More details can be found on her website.
