Bio

As a member of the Strategic Partnerships team at Citi Ventures Studio, Nicole leads partnerships with universities and diversity organizations for the Citi© University Partnerships in Innovation & Discovery (CUPID) Program. She collaborates with various businesses and functions across the firm to engage high-potential students through meaningful and high-impact programming, and supports CUPID’s strategic vision by identifying optimal external partnership opportunities that showcase Citi's innovation initiatives.

Nicole joins Citi Ventures from Citi’s Human Resources Rotational Program, where she developed a human-centric mindset and a deeper understanding of diversity & inclusion within the financial services industry. Through her previous role as an HR Business Partner for the Finance organization at Citi, she supported the organization’s talent, compensation, and diversity processes and helped execute their strategic priorities globally.

Nicole grew up in the suburbs of New York and graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Psychology and Organizational Studies. She enjoys spending time with her two rescue dogs, eating delicious foods, and taking High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercise classes.
