Jennifer Shuang is a Senior UX Researcher. She is thrilled by the opportunity to help build the research capabilities at Studio and work on meaningful products with tremendous social and economic value and impact.
Prior to joining Citi Ventures, Jennifer was a UX research lead at Facebook, where she led research efforts across consumer-facing Stories and Events teams. Prior to joining Facebook in early 2017, she founded and led an inaugural UX research function at App Annie. Before that, she was a researcher at Google and Adobe, where she focused on internal and external people / talent analytics and strategy.
Jennifer received her undergraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism with concentrations in Film and Folk Music from the University of Maryland and her master's degree in Information Science-Informatics from UCLA, focusing on information architecture and ethnography. She grew up in Taipei, Taiwan.
