Elizabeth Cummings leads CUPID programming for Citi Ventures Studio. She develops and drives strategies to engage campus and experienced talent through creative and impactful programming; plans and executes CUPID strategy across North America and select international geographies; liaises with internal partners to identify talent needs, develop customized programming, and execute engagement strategies; translates data into actionable insights and synthesizes information from various sources into specific opportunities for talent acquisition; identifies new and creative career pathways to bring non-traditional talent into Citi; and manages talent strategies and business partnerships across the CUPID programs.

Elizabeth joins Citi Ventures from the Graduate Recruitment and Program Management team, where she managed the campus recruitment, training, and retention of all analyst hires for the Citi Technology organizations. Prior to this, she was the Campus Recruiting and then Program Manager for the Markets businesses in North America.

Elizabeth received a BA in American Studies and Public Service from Providence College and was part of the Feinstein Institute, which focuses on service and studies. After that she participated as a Corps member in the NCCC AmeriCorps program, working on service projects across the western region of the US focusing on unmet human needs and environmental and education initiatives. She has completed the NYC marathon three times and was a member of New York Road Runners for many years. Elizabeth currently resides in New York City with her husband Luke, daughters Maisie and Rory, and son PJ.
