Bio

Elias is a Program Manager at Citi Ventures Studio, focusing on the Citi® University Partnerships in Innovation & Discovery (CUPID) program. He helps lead partnerships with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), develop engaging program models for diverse young talent and veterans to access a career at Citi, and identify strategic opportunities for collaboration while expanding CUPID’s vision and spotlighting innovative technology at Citi Ventures.

Elias comes to the finance world from a non-traditional background. After successfully working as an artist, curator, non-profit founder, and chef/restauranteur for over 15 years, he is now transferring his creative and entrepreneurial skills to designing working models, programs, and managing human capital for efficient and effective results.

In his free time Elias practices triathlons and maintains an art studio. He loves cooking, rock climbing, gardening, surfing, and reading with his book club. He speaks five languages and travels often between his hometown in Romania and Hong Kong.
