As a member of the Partnerships team at Citi Ventures Studio, Alex focuses on developing long-term partnerships—both internally at Citi and externally with firms and universities—that bring about innovative insights and strategic opportunities. Alex joins Citi Ventures from Citi's Latin American Management Associate Leadership Program, where she spent her time leading design thinking workshops for senior executives at Citibanamex in Mexico City and optimizing the branch distribution strategy for the Mexican market.
Prior to joining Citi, Alex spent five years in the retail industry working for companies such as Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, and Target. She led omnichannel merchandising strategies both online and in-store to create a best-in-class experience for customers.
Alex holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. In her spare time, Alex can be found taking arts and crafts classes and exploring the food scene in NYC.
