Deployment of these two digital capabilities will help the Department of Defense reduce the production of millions of pieces of paper every year, improve processing cycle times and reduce errors that come with paper- based processing. Note: should a hardcopy statement ever be needed, simply print the online statement in CitiManager.

Citi Commercial Cards offers the convenience of online applications via the CitiManager online tool. Online applications provide APCs with increased control over the application process, faster processing in a secure environment, additional visibility into application status, and much more! Your agency/organization may already be utilizing an online application for some programs, so make the switch from paper applications to online applications today to begin enjoying the benefits. Citi Paper Free Statements to GSA Cardholders

Electronic cardholder statements are more secure and efficient than paper, and reduce the carbon footprint of the SmartPay2 program.

Cardholders can securely access their account information 24 x 7 via the CitiManager® web tool and CitiManager Mobile. With CitiManager, cardholders can easily subscribe to account email and SMS text alerts, view or download their online statements and print, if needed.

How do cardholders create a CitiManager account?

  1. Navigate to citimanager.com/login
  2. Click on the "Self registration for Cardholders" link under First Time Users
  3. Select the "Fill the card's data" option to complete the registration process

How do cardholders switch to electronic statements?

  1. Login to citimanager.com/login
  2. From the cardholder homepage, click the "Statement" tab
  3. Click the "Go Paperless" sub-tab and acknowledge the Terms & Conditions
  4. Check the box indicating that you DO want to STOP receiving paper statements and click "I Agree"
