CitiManager

Citi’s global online portal, CitiManager, enables cardholders to manage business expenses from anywhere around the globe on their desktop or mobile device, view statements online and confirm account balances. If you have not already signed up for CitiManager, please click here www.citimanager.com/login and follow the simple steps in the ‘Self registration for Cardholders’ link under the “First time users” section. Please fill in all appropriate fields.

It is very important that the card number is entered exactly without dashes or spaces.

  1. Please ensure that the cardholder name is typed exactly as it appears on the card
  2. Utilise the address from your card application (submitted by the Program Administrator) when the card was ordered.
  3. In the Zip/Postal Code field enter all zeros.

Statements

Paperless/Online Statements

If you have an Individually Billed account you can also turn off your paper statements, within CitiManager, and elect to receive new statement notifications via email.

Follow the steps below to regixster for paperless/online statements:

  1. From the Cardholder Home Screen, click the Statement Tab
  2. Click the Go Paperless sub-Tab
  3. Enter a check mark to “STOP receiving paper statements” and other notices regarding your Citi card account and acknowledge all Terms and Conditions by clicking “I Agree”
  4. To complete the online statement set up, confirm the e-mail address displayed and click “Yes” to complete the process. If you have not already registered for e-mail alerts you will be prompted for your e-mail address. Statements can be printed or downloaded via CitiManager.

Alerts

Select “Manage Alerts” from the quick links section within the CitiManager tool. This enables you to add, delete, modify and enroll in Citi’s globally available alerts. Alerts can help make the management of your commercial card more efficient; choose to receive notifications via email, SMS or both.

CitiManager Mobile

Cardholders can log into the CitiManager Mobile site by visiting, www.citimanager.com/mobile, from their mobile device and by entering the same CitiManager username, password and challenge question answers already provided.
