Here’s how it works:

    Get your referral link

    If you are an eligible customer, you will automatically receive an email from Citi with your unique referral link.

    Share with friends and family

    Simply share your unique referral link with friends and family via email.

    Earn your referral bonus

    You will receive a $200 bonus for every referral who is new to Citibank checking and opens an eligible checking account using your unique referral link. Maximum 20 referral bonuses per customer — that’s up to $4,000!

The Referral Bonus will be paid between the 90th and 120th calendar day after the Eligible Referee opens their Checking Account and provided that both the Referrer and Referee’s eligible accounts remain open and in good standing.
