How do you begin your career
with Citibank?
There are two ways to begin your career with Citibank. Either
through one of our renowned leadership programs or through direct
placement. Our leadership programs give you a rapid-fire taste of
Citibank diversity by rotating you through a series of positions
within an 18-month period. As a participant you'll receive solid,
hands-on experience in a challenging job assignment, coupled with
sophisticated web-based training led by experts from the Citibank
Learning Center.

We are the leaders in the banking industry and we are looking
for a leader who will take us even further. We can provide a
challenging and competitive work environment for candidates with a
will to succeed. The 4 leadership programs available to graduates
are :
1. Management Associate (MA) :
Maintaining a high level of global success depends on hiring and
developing exceptional finance professionals. The MA program is
widely considered to be the premier graduate finance program of its
kind and is the first step to many successful Citibank Careers.
2. Executive Trainee (ET) :
This program is a focused and fast track career path preparing
Executive trainees with the skills and knowledge needed to assume
executive level positions, and ultimately to become senior staff of
Citibank. You will be hired for a job in a specific business line
right from the start. Through a combination of tailored learning
programs, job responsibilities and project assignments, you will be
groomed for increasingly complex and challenging responsibilities.
3. The Internship Program :
We know the importance of recognizing talent at
an early stage.
That's why we offer challenging internships
for talented students in a variety of areas across our organization.
An internship is an excellent opportunity to explore a career in
financial services at Citibank and gain valuable work experience.
Internships are primarily offered during the summer and generally
involve working 40 hours per week.
The internship experience mirrors the position of a full-time
associate in that job. Interns can look forward to :
