Once you have updated your email address in our records, you will start receiving your Credit Card Statements only via email on the email address that you have provided us.

We do understand that you might require a paper statement for a particular period:

Simply call our 24-hour CitiPhone Banking Service on +971 4 311 4000 and place your request.
The regular fee as per Schedule of Fees & Charges for Citibank N.A., UAE would be charged for every paper statement request.
Once your statements are generated, based on your request, they will be held at our branch for you to collect or mailed across to you on the address in our records.

In the event that you do not receive your Email Statement at least 3 days after your monthly Statement Date
For any issues pertaining to your Email Statement
