Promotions
This alert will notify you of the latest offers and promotions
available to you as a Citibank customer.
Service Announcement
This alert will notify you of the latest service announcements
related to Citibank Products & Services.
Account Alerts [Credit Cards]
- All Account Alerts are processed from the next business day.
Statement Information
The Statement Information alert will notify you on the first
business day after your statement is generated and will provide you
with details of your minimum due, due date, total amount spend and
available limit on your card(s).
Payment Due Notification
The Payment Due Notification alert will notify you about the status
of the minimum amount due on your statement two business days before
thedue date indicated in the statement.
Supplementary Card Spending
The Supplementary Card Spending alert will send you an alert with
the details of the Current Balance for each one of your
supplementary cards corresponding to the basic card number for which
you have subscribed.
Renewal of Credit Card
You will a receive renewal notice for your Basic card(s) as well as
Supplementary card(s) & e-card renewals.
Fraud Notification
The Fraud Notification alert will notify you about possible
unauthorized transactions on your credit card account on a best
effort basis. On receipt of these alerts, you must get in touch with
Citibank on the contact number notified in the message.
Credit Card Transaction
You will receive an alert each time you make a transaction on your basic credit card(s). The alert will contain the last 4 digits of your credit card number, the transaction amount, the name of the merchant, date and available credit limit.
Supplementary Card Transaction
The basic card holder will receive an alert each time a retail transaction is made on the supplementary credit card(s). The alert will contain the last 4 digits of your credit card number, the transaction amount, the name of the merchant, date and available credit limit.

Salary Credit To My Account
If your salary is credited with Citibank (in normal arrangement with
your company) you will receive this alert.
Incoming Funds Transfer (Local Currency)
This Alert will give you details of the funds that were transfered
into your account in local currency.
Incoming Funds Transfer (Foreign Currency)
This Alert will give you details of the funds that were transfered
into your account in foreign currency.
Outgoing Funds Transfer (Local Currency)
This Alert will give you details of the funds that were transfered
out of your account in local currency.
Outgoing Funds Transfer (Foreign Currency)
This Alert will give you details of the funds that were transfered
out of your account in foreign currency.
Cheque Deposited Into My Account RETURNED UNPAID
This Alert will give you details of the cheque that was deposited
into your account and which was returned unpaid.
Cheque Issued from my account RETURNED UNPAID
This Alert will give you details of the cheque that was issued from
your account and which was returned unpaid.
Time Deposit Maturity
This Alert will inform you when your Time Deposit matures.
Time Deposit Renewal
This Alert will inform you when your Time Deposit is due for
renewal.
Time Deposit Redemption
This Alert will give you details on your Time Deposit redemption
Account Overdrawn
This Alert will inform you when your bank account has been over
drawn.
