Sławomir SikoraSławomir S. Sikora is Chief Executive Officer and Citigroup Country Officer at Citi Handlowy, a leading financial institution in Poland and a member of Citigroup. He has been the President of the Management Board of the Bank since 2003.  In December 2005 he joined Citigroup Management Committee, the top company forum for discussions of strategic matters at Citigroup.  Sławomir S. Sikora is also a member of the Management Board of the Polish Banks Association.

Prior to joining Citi Handlowy, Sławomir S. Sikora was President of the Management Board of American Bank in Poland, where he successfully implemented the restructuring program. Between 1994-2001 he worked for Powszechny Bank Kredytowy (PBK) as Deputy President of the Management Board of PBK, responsible for Corporate and Investment Banking. Between 1990-1994 he served 5 years in the Polish Ministry of Finance as Advisor to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and Head of the Banking and Financial Institutions Department. He was responsible for developing the banking sector rehabilitation program, which become an IMF, World Bank model solution for banking sectors in Central and Eastern Europe.

He was born in 1962 and has an MA in Economics from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), Poland.
