Citibank-BP Motocard Porsche Unlimited Experience competition winners.

Another competition for Citibank credit card holders has come to a close. This time a great prize was waiting for holders of the Citibank-BP Motocard. To take part in the drawing of invitations to exclusive motor event - the Porsche Unlimited Experience - customers needed to spend at least PLN 50 on their Citibank-BP Credit Card during the promotion period.

On October 11-12 the winners of the competition were offered test drives and they took a high performance driving course behind the wheel of various Porsche models; for a start, an ultimate racing experience in computer racing simulators and then, a drive in a sports Porsche car on special race tracks on the airport runway near Kazimierz Dolny. The first session was a couple of orientation laps with the instructor driving to give the drivers a track survey and show the technique allowing them to hit corner apexes correctly and generally drive in a smooth and more confident manner on four different tracks. Then, the instructor and the winner of Citi Handlowy's competition "Pay with Your Motocard - Feel the Power of Porsche" trade places. From the front seat next to the driver, the instructor controls the driving technique of the holder of the Citibank BP-Motocard: approaching and taking corners, eye-hand coordination, and control of the vehicle whose power significantly exceeds that of ordinary cars.

After just a few seconds behind the wheel of the car you can feel the great power of the engine and the acceleration. You get pushed back into your seat. Then the competition for the best time begins. For the next session, the winners of the competition change cars. This time it is an off-road version of Porsche Cayenne. Now they drive without instructors sitting next to them. Deep ditches and gullies, steep gradients, slopes up and down, mud and other challenging obstacles - nothing seems to discourage the Motocard holders. Finally, there is only one question to be asked: "When is the next lottery for holders of the Citibank-BP Credit Card?"

The competition "Pay with Your Motocard - Feel the Power of Porsche" lasted from July 19 to September 19, 2008. The Porsche Unlimited Experience event took place on October 11-12 near Kazimierz Dolny. It was attended by twenty-eight out of the thirty winners.

The Citibank-BP program is still the largest partnership credit card program in Poland. In June the number of Citibank-BP Credit Cards issued exceeded 215,000.
