Citi Handlowy Launches New Quality of Service for SME Clients

Citi Handlowy has prepared a new offering for the small-to-medium enterprises (SME) sector. As of October the bank's customers with annual sales from PLN 0 to PLN 75 million will be offered attractive product packages and a redesigned and more readable website.

For ultimate convenience of its customers, Citi Handlowy has simplified the segmentation of companies from the SME sector and these changes are visible both in the revamped citihandlowy.pl Web site, where there are three banking sections: for Individual Customers, for SMEs (annual sales up to PLN 75 million) and for Corporates (annual sales exceeding PLN 75 million), and in the redesigned packages. The new packages for SME companies have been given new names that correspond to the colors of the Citi Handlowy logo. Consequently, customers will be offered four packages: Przystepny Bialy (Accessible White), Dynamiczny Czerwony (Dynamic Red), Stabilny Niebieski (Stable Blue) and Elitarny Granatowy (Elite Midnight Blue). The changes will be accompanied by a marketing campaign.

The four packages for SME clients differ in the range of services they offer and monthly fees. Each entrepreneur, regardless of the size and business profile of his company, will be able to choose the option that suits him best. Starting from the White Package, which is the most basic package tailored to meet the needs of micro businesses, through the Red Package, which is addressed to dynamically growing companies, the Blue Package, which has been designed for customers caring about prestige and privileges, to the Midnight Blue Package for big companies demanding greater flexibility.
