Citi Handlowy is launching a mobile Branch and ATM Locator. Thanks to the new service, Citi Handlowy customers can quickly and easily locate the nearest branches and fee-free ATMs by simply sending one SMS text message.

Citi Handlowy provides its customers with an innovative location service - for the first time they can search for Citi Handlowy and Citi Financial branches and ATMs offering fee-free cash withdrawals from a personal account (Citi Handlowy ATMs as well as e-Card and Euronet ATM networks) by simply clicking a few buttons on their mobile phones.

The customers who want to receive the exact location of the closest fee-free ATM should send an SMS with the code "B" to 70233. To find out the address of the nearest bank branch they should send an SMS with the code "O" to the same number. In response to the SMS text message from the customer a feedback message is sent to the phone number from which the SMS request originated. The customer receives a list of the nearest ATMs or branches along with the distance information.

The cost of one SMS request for locations of the nearest ATMs or branches is PLN 0.61 (including tax). The customers accessing the Mobile Branch and ATM Locator for the first time, after sending an SMS request to 70233, will be asked to consent to their mobile phones being traced by sending an SMS text message to the number provided by their mobile phone operator. The SMS text message with the consent is free of charge. The Mobile Branch and ATM Locator is available to all Era, Plus and Orange subscribers.

Citi Handlowy customers can withdraw cash free of charge from over 1,700 ATMs across Poland. The network of fee-free cash machines consists of ATMs owned by Euronet, e-Card and, of course, Citi Handlowy. An additional advantage for Citi Handlowy account holders is a possibility to make fee-free cash withdrawals from 18,000 Citishare ATMs all over the world. Citi Handlowy has over 200 branches providing services to retail customers.
