Citi Handlowy has introduced a new interest rate on its online term deposit called T-Lokata. Customers who have a Citibank Personal Account and use online banking services can now enjoy a higher return on a fixed T-Lokata - even up to 6.20% per annum. 

T-Lokata with Citi Handlowy can be opened individually by each Citibank Online user who has a Citibank Personal Account. The new interest rate on a six-month T-Lokata is now 5.50% per annum. A nine-month T-Lokata pays 5.75% interest per annum and the rate of return on a 12- month T-Lokata is as much as 6.20% per annum. The minimum investment amount required to open T-Lokata is only PLN 1000. To open an online term deposit the customer needs to log into the system and select "Term Deposits" option from the left-hand menu.

Deposits made with Citi Handlowy (Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.) are guaranteed by the Bank Guarantee Fund. Interest Rate Tables are available at www.online.citibank.pl.
