Citi Handlowy has won 6 awards in the 12th edition of the national EUROPRODUKT contest. The bank received prestigious statuettes for: credit cards offered under the brands Citibank-LOT and Citibank-Plus, and the Credit Cards for Micro Business; the "Keep the Change" ["Reszta dla Ciebie"] savings program; the banking package for Polish abroad and their families and relatives; and the Escrow Account for Companies.

The EUROPRODUKT contest is organized by Polskie Towarzystwo Handlowe Sp. z o. o. It is held under the patronage of the Ministry of the Economy, Ministry of Education and Science and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. The Chancellery of the Prime Minister is the leading supporter of the contents. The content rewards and promotes products, services and initiatives that meet the expectations of the European market in terms of top quality, innovative technologies, interesting functionalities, as well as comprehensive and most efficient customer service.
