Terms & Conditions

1. The option of redeeming Rewards Points for the purpose of making monetary donations to Hisaar Foundation and / or HOPE Foundation is available on Citibank Credit Cards only.

2. Customers need to have a minimum of 1000 Rewards Points in their account to be able to make a donation.

3. Customers need to redeem Rewards Points equivalent to minimum of Rs. 500 in a single transaction for these donations.

4. Rewards Points once utilized for donations cannot be revoked. Any cancellations therefore will not be refunded.

5. Redemption of Rewards Points is entirely at the discretion of the Credit Cardmember. Nothing contained herein will prejudice or affect the Citibank Credit Card & Insurance Terms and Conditions. The terms of this Rewards Points redemption option shall be in addition to Credit Card Rewards Terms and Conditions.
