- Ask the attendant at the Caltex gas station for free fuel against your Rewards Points.
- When the merchant swipes your Citi Caltex Credit Card at the Point of Sale("POS") machine, select the option of payment by Redemption of Rewards Points.
- The POS machine will display your Reward Points and their worth in Rupees
- Redeem your Reward Points against the full or partial bill amount
- The transaction slip will give you the entire information of the used amount. balance amount, Reward Points redeemed and the remaining balance of your Reward Points.
