How to Register

1. Click on the 'Register Now' link given on the left corner of the screen or click here .

2. Login using your CitiCard/Credit Card number and ATM PIN.

3. Complete your Profile. Enter your contact details including your email address and mobile phone number. [ View Step 3 ]

4. Click on 'General Alerts' and select the type of General Alerts that you would like to receive. Select the frequency for each type of alert that you have selected ie how often you would like to receive the alerts. [ View Step 4 ]

5. Click on 'Account Alerts' and select the type of Account Alerts that you would like to receive. [ View Step 5 ]

You will need to do this just ONCE !!
Once you have registered you will be greeted with a welcome message through email and SMS indicating that you have been successfully enrolled for Citibank Alerting Service.
