So if you've got any comments about the way we do things, or suggested improvements you'd like us to make, we really want to hear them. Because we don't just appreciate your feedback. we use it.
There are 3 ways you can contact us
1. Email us
If you are already a customer and want to send us a message, please click here to login to Internet Banking. Login with your 16 digit card number and ATM PIN. When you have successfully logged on to Citibank online, go to "Customer services" icon. Compose and send us your secure mail for our follow up.
If you are not a customer and want to send us your comments via secure email, click here.
2. Talk to us
If you would like to talk to us, call CitiPhone Banking . If you have a complaint, and we can't resolve it immediately, we'll make sure that the right people are alerted and they will deal with your complaint as quickly and effectively as possible.
3. Send a letter
