Our website has provision for both customers and non-customers to provide their feedback.
Branches:
Our representatives at the branches are available to provide services and prompt responses to your feedback during business hours. Business timings of our branches are:
Monday through Thursday: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Friday: 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM (for Utility Bills only)
Saturday: 09:00 AM to 01:30 PM
Drop boxes:
We have drop boxes available on a 24-hour basis throughout the year, at all our branches and other convenient locations. All feedback and issues can be submitted at these drop boxes
We will make our best effort to revert to your complaints/issues within 10 business days.
However,
in a situation where complaint requires further investigation the time period may exceed up to 45 days.
