Citi Pakistan employees in Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore voluntarily forfeited their weekend to devote time to their communities as part of Citi's global effort to celebrate employee volunteerism. More than 150 volunteers across Pakistan, including employees and their families and friends, worked on Saturday, November 08 to provide support to six different projects in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore.

"Citi is committed to mobilizing the enthusiasm and talents of our employees so that they can make a positive difference in the communities where we work together. Citi's Global Community Day is company-wide, with tens of thousands of volunteers in Asia Pacific, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. It is a symbol of the many ways we try to make a difference - through our business practices, our philanthropy and our volunteerism," said Arif Usmani .
TCF Regional Manager Col. Anwer also present at the Lahore event said "We are thankful to Citi Volunteers for their time, effort and dedication. Though painting a school is quite a tedious task, the enthusiasm exhibited by Citi Volunteers made this activity very enjoyable."
