Medium or long-term credit facilities (for a period over one year) are suitable for the financing of fixed assets, equipment or other capital investments. The repayment patterns are driven by the cash-flow generation of the investment or of the company itself. Leasing

For some companies, it may be more advantageous to lease, rather than purchase certain tangible assets. Depending on the structure (operating or financial lease), leasing may provide cash flow as well as amortization benefits to the customer.
