CitiDirect Online - How to request CitiDirect Online Banking?

1. Please, print and fill this CitiDirect request form and send it to following address:
   Citibank Europe plc Magyarországi Fióktelepe Központi Dokumentációs Osztály, 1134 Budapest Angyalföldi-út 12.
   Please note: you must to authorized signature on it.
2. After we proceed, you get your SafeWord cards via post within 5-7 business days.
3. You can install CitiDirect yourself from www.citidirect-online.com or installation CD-ROM.
4. If you need further assistance please contact our EB-HelpDesk. (Phone: +36 (1) 374 5518) You can request on-site installation and/or training too.

We are proud to inform you that our new service Citidirect Online application form system is available from April 10, 2007.

Citidirect Online form is a web-based tool to facilitate applications for new Citidirect entitlements and modifications. The completion of Online forms 1a, 1b and 1c is supported by function "Help" and built-in control points. We expect reduction of incorrect applications (i.e. improper client setups) and easier processing (i.e. not complete forms cannot be printed from the system) through the installation of our new service.
