Useful information for Windows XP Service Pack 2 users

SP2 for Windows XP contains the latest updates and innovations with regard to security. It strengthens the security parameters for better protection against viruses, worms and hackers and installs new security updates that facilitate the protection of personal computers.

One of the new features in SP2 is the 'pop-up blocker' for Internet Explorer. Since this feature is activated by default for all pop-ups, the Citibank Online application will not be able to open normally.

Below please find the procedure for solving this problem.

• Open your Internet Explorer and click the 'Tools' menu.
• Select:
  Pop-up Blocker
  Pop-up Blocker Settings

• In the exceptions, enter the following address and click Add: *.citibank.cz
  The filter level can be set to 'Medium'.

• Now click Close.

If you use a different pop-up blocker (e.g. MSN or Yahoo), please make sure that the address above is listed in the exceptions.
