Our Programs
About the program...
The Asia Pacific Consumer Banking Management Associate Program is designed to develop potential managers to fill future leadership positions. Management Associates learn about the business of consumer banking and are part of a team-oriented structure in a dynamic environment. The program also allows Management Associates to experience the challenges of stretch assignments and the opportunity to bring innovative ideas to the business management team.
The program lasts approximately 18 months (depending on the country) and includes extensive in-house training.
