What makes paying bills through Citibank Online so great? The fact that you don’t have to stand around awkwardly stuffing envelopes into bank machines. And forget about waiting in line for a teller. With just a few simple steps, you can pay almost all your bills in just minutes.
To access the bill payment screen you see to the left, simply click on the Payments & Transfers tab and click on the biller (“payee”) you wish to pay. Then select your account, enter the amount you would like to pay and continue on to the confirmation page to finalize the payment.
Alternatively, you can pay all your bills at once by selecting the bills you would like to pay (up to a maximum of 15) and entering the amount and payment date for each. |
