Ready to sign on?

There’s a first time registration process. You’ll need to have your Personal Access Code, Client Identification Number (the 16 digit number on your Citibank Banking Card or the one provided to you in your welcome letter) and one of your Citibank account numbers handy.

Once you’ve completed the registration process, the next time you bank online, all you’ll need is your User ID and password as well as answers to a couple security questions (aka “challenge questions”) you provided during the registration process.
