Citi™ Price Protection helps ensure you'll never pay too much for most Citi MasterCard^® card purchases made in Canada. If, within 60 days of purchase, you see the same item in Canada at a lower advertised price, we'll credit your account with the difference, up to $100, upon approval of your documented claim. You could save up to $500 each year.

How to Make a Claim

Fill out the Citi Price Protection claim form.

OR call the Claims Administrator and request a claim form.

Send it by mail or fax at 416-369-0515.
